19 August 2024Hello friends,
T he agenda in our country and in the world is changing so rapidly that just when we are about to feel sorry for someone, it is as if someone else is showing themselves and stealing the other's right to be and remain important. Jokes aside, nothing has any semantic significance anymore, it seems like everything is over, maybe it is over. , it's a bad play, we're forced to watch it, the tickets have a price and it's like watching the play is compulsory... some people are just talking, the others can't go beyond shouting just because they say something, the meaning of everything has been emptied, each of us has contributed more or less. !!It seems like there is hypocrisy in this...
F or example, let's say, even in the case of our colleague Atalay, we all seem to be serving purely political, rather than legal, partisanship. The right to political immunity deserved according to Article 83 of the Constitution is subject to the condition that the freedoms in Article 14 are not abused. As we know, constitutions determine the framework, essence and important rules, the details are determined by other laws etc. In the Atalay case, neither the Constitutional Court nor the Supreme Court of Appeals In my opinion, it is not possible for the 3rd Criminal Chamber to interpret Article 14 in accordance with the law. The article can only be interpreted in accordance with politics, because the wording of the article is in accordance with politics, not law. Changing the Constitution has already been on the agenda for years. Of course, the dysfunctional parts of the Constitution should be changed and brought into line with the times, but the core and existential values - if they still exist - should not be destroyed but developed, but what I really want to say is that if a Constitution is to be changed, it is clear how to do it!! The Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, the two most important judicial institutions of the state, should not be involved in this political polarization. As if we should be a little ashamed today when the Supreme Court says this and the Constitutional Court says those, we should understand that we are not insulting those institutions, but ourselves, by reading and understanding, forming our own thoughts and awareness, understanding that we are boiling in the cauldron of gossip, ignorance and polarization, and seeing our own extinction a little more every day, the reason for which we are not even aware. Instead of watching our feelings of emptiness and anxiety increase, we must find original, unique, own ways to reduce our ignorance, and this is how we can serve ourselves first, then our country and our world...
Kind regards,
