ne of my bedside books is Goethe's Faust. For years, I identified the external side of myself with the main character there, Faust, whom science made unhappy, but the inner part of me was Maphisto, the second main character there, Maphisto was actually the devil inside Faust, trying to deceive him with material things. He worked, and he fell for it because in order to be complete as a human being, the company of the devil was needed... and ultimately Faust saw that... what is really needed for a person to be incomplete is experience... and the conclusion he draws from these experiences... What is the result? Do you know, he did it, he made a barren place prosperous, not just because he was human, not because he expected a response from God or others... just because he was completed, that is, he reached the level of 'NOTH'...
This is my favorite philosophy of life: "BEING NOTHING"
T There are two other books that come to my mind in this context. One of them is "Gone with the Wind", which I read at least three times when I was a young girl. There was the same philosophy here, the young and beautiful Scarlett was not the rich, good-hearted and handsome man who fell in love with her, but the one who humiliated him. She chooses an intellectual man who makes her feel bad. In the end, we see that Scarlett is actually such a sensitive and lively person from birth that she chooses neither that rich man nor the intellectual man who humiliates her. She returns to the land of her birth. She starts to live there, as if religions also exist. It's like returning to the homeland described above...
T he last book is more up to date... Psychiatrist Gülseren Budayıcıoğlu's book called "If the King Loses"... here is a man... the man's libido is so high... he gets married, divorced, moves around, very handsome and wealthy... All the women are in love with him..Each of the women wants the man to be hers, the man wants all the women, the whole world and everything, libido..it is used for people with high sexual drive in the daily sense, but it means 'life energy'...There is no man or woman who upsets a woman. The passive side of such people with high libido who upset any man, that is, the upset side, is never the only victim... They wanted to burn, just like the moth dancing towards the fire in your book...
T he propeller, that is, the passive people in the last book I mentioned, the lovers... actually desire to disappear with love, the beloved has no sin, no one has any sin... this is known😊
T HE FIRE IS ALREADY BURNING. O MOLE, YOU WANT TO BURN TOO AND YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT YET😊
A nyway, in short, the handsome fire in this book... After all the moths burn inside him, he grows old without having any children and becomes materially poor. Finally, he takes care of a little boy by chance in a nursing home, chats with him, contributes to his education, and his actions. Because of the happiness he sees in that child's eyes... he tells him his true purpose of living... and he says goodbye to this life for now by completing it in peace..
